Same deal as the hardware, we need to workout some standardisation to the wiring we recommend for non-pnp installs as well as to help highlight deficiencies in looms that may be used for PNP applications.
Being able to lay down some best practices will be a real help to the new guys and a great resource for trouble shooting flaky installs.
We should also consider trying to put together some kind of wiring colour codes as a way to standardise this across installs for future.
